A Quick Guide Before You Reach Out
If you’ve never rented a tent before, you’re not alone. Most people haven’t. Here’s a simple breakdown to help you get started before requesting a quote.
Choose Your Event Date
Most events take place over the weekend. We typically deliver and set up your tent a day or two before, and return for pickup after your event.
Your rental is yours for the full weekend, so feel free to make the most of it. Many customers host a second gathering like a casual get-together or brunch the next day.
Estimate Your Guest Count
You don’t need an exact number yet. A rough estimate is perfect.
We recommend planning for all guests to be covered under the tent, just in case of weather. If your numbers change, we can usually adjust with extra tables or chairs.
Think About Your Setup Space
We’ll need a flat, open area for the tent. Before setup, we look at:
• Available space
• Trees or overhead obstacles
• Ground conditions
If staking into the ground is not possible, we can use alternative anchoring methods.
Check for Underground Lines
Tents are secured with stakes driven into the ground, so it’s important to know if anything is below the surface.
This includes things like:
• Sprinkler systems
• Electrical lines
• Septic systems
• Gas lines
